McDonald’s and Uber Eats couriers work hard to deliver within estimated times.
We ask you to allow an extra 15 minutes to account for unexpected traffic, road conditions and delays.
Whilst waiting you can check the status of your order in the My McDonald’s App. You can also contact your courier from there. From the home screen, click “Track Order” and then click the Help link on the tracking screen to contact your courier.
Keep in mind that your courier may be driving and may not be able to answer the phone right away. In addition, your courier is also able to contact you if he or she is unable to easily find your delivery address.
