We have a very flexible approach to scheduling, which works for us and our employees too. It's starts by each employee letting us know the hours they're available to work, and then we schedule them appropriately. Employees and their managers can then discuss scheduling further to make sure it works well for everyone. Understandably, hours will vary according to the needs of the restaurant, and we don't specify a minimum amount of hours. We find this approach works and our employees love the flexibility it gives them.
